When we started in July 2017, the reason we did it, was because we thought there was a lack of cafes that would have a curation of quality coffee and consistent quality. We couldn't find the one, so we had to start ourselves, selecting and curating only the best of the best. In 2018 we set new and even higher goals. We decided to take the next step and begin roasting. With a warm welcome and fantastic feedback in 2019 we took another step and upgraded from our 1 kilo roaster to a 10 kilo roaster and launched our wholesale program. And in 2023 we opened our second location in Boise, ID!
